An online Clinic Management System is one that can manage all the records of the check-ups, patients, medicines, and equipment.
And the main purpose of the Online Clinic Management System is to maintain the details of the patients and make data retrieval easy and efficient.
The Online clinic management System in PHP has 5 tables:
The first is the check-up table, in this table, we can manage all the records of all patients in their check-up id number, patient id number, complaints, and findings.
That was given to the patient the medicine that was given to the patient the quantity of medicine that was taken of the patient and also the date when the patient underwent a check-up.
The second table is the patients table, in this table, we can manage all the information of the patient, the patient ID number, first name, last name, patient type, age, and address of the patient.
The third table is the medicines table, this table contains all the records of the medicines, the medicine ID, the medicine name, the quantity of the medicine how much stock you input in one medicine, onhand if how many available quantities in that medicine, prescription if for what sickness that medicine, expiry date if what date of the medicine expired and last the requested date if what date do you request for that medicine.
The fourth table is check-up details this table contains all the records of transactions of all check-ups.
The fifth table is the equipment table, this table contains all the records of the equipment. The equipment table has four attributes first the equip_id or the equipment id, second is equip_name or equipment name, and third is requested_date.
