Scheduling 

According to Graysail (2010), For the past several years, the official of the faculty senate have struggled with defining teaching loads at Gustavus for the purposes of determining overload situation and staffing allocations. Several ado committees have looked into the matter, without resolution. At least since the 1992-1993 school years, the Registrar has tabulated “Faculty Load” data by department, including number of sections (or contact hours) taught full time load (as determined by the department), enrollment, and enrollment per faculty.

This study could relate to this system to become scheduling more easily.

The schedule system of john Hop kin’s university (2011-2012) 

A developed system because it is intended to provide equitable access to variety of rooms, time management and features to address instructional needs of credit courses as well as to provide the students to search more information on their own. An easy access helps students to search faster than manual searching.

This study could relate to the proposed system to student received automatic schedule through email.

Edith Cowan University Web Enrollment System (ECUWES)

According to Koft(2007), The system offers immediacy and convenience of course enrollment via the internet. The said university in Australia is currently enrolling more than 5,000 new students with easier transactions cause of their online enrollment system.

This study could relate to this system by the help and work easier to transact the students.

Enrollment System

According to www.scribd.com, (2011) enrolment is the process of entering and verifying data of students to register on a particular school. Different interrelated processes build up enrolment procedures called Enrolment System (ES). ES are used particularly in recording and retrieving student information. Tracking student information is also one feature of ES, in which the school can trace the standing of a student. 

The study could relate to this system by entering and verifying all the credentials of the students.

Registration System

According to Block (1995), Registration systems, at colleges are a critical process. Each person choosing to take a course ultimately uses the system. The process of registering represents a transaction between the student and the college.

The study could relate to this system by registering the student and easy transact.
