First, create your project by clinking File at the top left of NetBeans IDE and clicking New Project you can name your project whatever you want.

And then you create your form by right clicking the Source Packages and clicking New JFrame Form after that drag 1 button components in your form and double click your button and then copy paste the code below inside your button event.

But before that you need to import these following packages above your class

import org.jfree.chart.ChartFrame;

import org.jfree.chart.JFreeChart;

import org.jfree.data.general.DefaultPieDataset;

and this is the code in your button event
