• Items: availability of the item can be shown and the cashier can edit the number of the available items if restocking was done.

The Accounting

• The accounting can only access the payroll module of the system.
• The clearing of the employee credit accounts was done.
• The automatic salary deduction of the paid credits.

System General Objective

This Canteen Voucher System using RFID Technology was created in order to have an organized management system in terms of payments and generation of real-time reports that will greatly help the canteen staffs and the employees of the Kabankalan Catholic College.

System Specific Objectives

To accomplish this objective, the following actions are included:

1. To provide a quality and time sufficient paying method for the employees.
2. To provide a reliable and easy to manage records of per transactions.
3. To record all of the transactions done and to generate real-time income and inventory reports.
