Step 1: Open XAMPP folder and htdocs folder.
First open xampp folder in your OS and find htdocs.
Step 2: Create a folder name under htdocs.
Second after click xampp find the htdocs folder and click it and create a new folder and name it.
Step 3: Copy and paste your download source code in your folder.
Third copy your download source code and paste to the folder that you have create under htdocs.
Step 4: Open XAMPP control panel.
fourth open the xampp control panel and start the Apache and MySQL.
Step 5: Open any browser.
Fifth open any browser and type to the URL “localhost/phpmyadmin“.
Step 6: Create a new database name.
Sixth create a new database name and name it “sports management system” and click create.
Step 7: Import the sports management system sql file.
After creating database click import and “choose file” and import the download sports management system sql file and click “GO“
Step 8: The interface of the system.
After importing sql file type in the URL localhost/ and the folder name you create in htdocs.

To provide more efficient and productive way of scheduling sports event with the use of SMS notification was the main goal of this study.

Specific Objectives

1. To avoid the time consuming way of making schedules for each sports held in a certain hosting school.

2. To give the sports management the full control in case of accidental instances and emergencies with the help of the SMS notification.

3. To provide security for all of the records of every match so that the announcing of the winners will be fine and just.

4. To evaluate the acceptability of the proposed system based on testing it with the target users.
