  • First, Design your Form like this one below.
    Add a Label, Textbox, and a Button.

  • After designing the form. Click the Save Button and add this following codes.

    3. Myconnection.Open()
    4. With dbcmd
    5. .CommandText = Sql
    6. .Connection = Myconnection
    7. End Withresult = dbcmd.ExecuteNonQuery
    8. If result > 0 Then
    9. MsgBox("New item record has been saved!")
    10. Myconnection.Close()
    11. Call Button1_Click(sender, e)
    12. cleartextfields()

  • Add this following Sub in the Public Class Form1.
    1. Public Sub cleartextfields()
    2. For Each crt As Control In GroupBox1.Controls
    3. If crt.GetType Is GetType(TextBox) Then
    4. crt.Text = Nothing
    5. End If
    6. NextEnd Sub
  • Then Click F5 to Run the Program.
