This This Tools and Equipment Monitoring System Project discusses the summary of findings, conclusion, and recommendation.
The system will cover inputting, searching, updating the records the monitoring module will display the overview of the system the administrator is the only authorized person to view and manipulate the entire system. This includes the list of all equipment’s by its category, list of borrower’s and equipment’s that have been borrowed, etc.
The following are the objectives of the developed system with their corresponding conclusions.
Objective 1
To Monitoring of Tools and Equipment and Reports Generation.
Objective 2
The 2nd specific objective of the study is to developed features and functions of the Tools and Equipment Monitoring System in terms of System Usefulness, Information Quality, Interface Quality.
Conclusion 1
Based on the results of the users’ evaluation of the system, the proponents conclude that Tools and Equipment Monitoring System was able to monitor the tools and equipment. The results also imply that the system has a user-friendly interface, is easy to use and has all the functions. System was able to generates report efficient since it allows the users to perform their respective tasks in a short period of time. The system is reliable since it provides complete and accurate information needed by the users. It was calculated and resulted in 1.84 which interpret as “Very Useful”.
Conclusion 2
Based on the result of the expert and user’s evaluation of the system. Therefore, the proponent concludes that the system able to perform the usability It was calculated and resulted in 1.79 which interpret as “Very Useful”.
Recommendation 1
Therefore, the proponents recommend that the developed Tools and Equipment Monitoring System was an effective and allow them to monitor their tools and equipment and make the transaction process faster and easier. The system will also allow the admin to monitor daily.
Recommendation 2
The researchers recommended that this kind of design was better for making a system. The design must be simple and must be easy to use.
