Scope and Limitations for Trading and Services System
The development of Cordora Trading and Services Management System was conducted during the Second Semester of Academic Year 2019-2020 at Carlos Hilado Memorial State College – Binalagan. The scope of developing system is the following: Fast access of information, Manageable database, Better data security and Friendly user.
The system will also provide fast searching of services to respond to services inquires; generate accurate records on the inventory, transactions; it will also provide security for the protection of the stored database especially business transactions.
The study is limited only for CORDORA TRADING AND SERVICES, and the system doesn’t support the following: the costumer cannot easily navigate through database, cannot accept credit card payments and foreign currency, cash and check payments only, the employees will use their personal tools, the company will not lend any tools to be brought to the field, Services covered only in Negros Occidental and Services offered in medical laboratory equipment only.

Operations Manager
The study/system will benefit to the Operation Manager by reducing their works and improving their current system to become computerized. For example, one of the responsibility of Operation Manager is, ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with law and regulation. The system will help to secure all legal and regulatory documents because its stored in database.
Service Manager
Sample of responsibility of service manager is, to respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.

Technical Sales Manager
Sample of responsibility of technical sales manager is, to possess an analytical mind to make meaning out of sales data. It is their responsibility to determine the key performance indicators for given sales campaign, monitoring each employee’s productivity to make sure the team is meeting or exceeding the key performance indicators.
